Welcome: Chandi Chapman

Chandi Chapman anchors Pittsburgh’s Action News 4 weekend evening newscasts and reports during the week. She is a New Castle native and University of Pittsburgh graduate.

Emcees: Dillon and Jaida

Lousaka Polite is the Director of Outreach for the NFLPA and Vice Chair of the OA Board of Directors. He is a Pittsburgh native and played in the NFL for nine years.

Presenters: Jody Spolar and Donna Sanft

Jody Spolar is a strategic leader who has served in roles ranging from the supervisor of labor relations at a major steel producer to the chief human resources officer at the City of Pittsburgh School District. She currently serves as OA’s Board Chair and is co-founder and partner at Volu2 Consulting.

Donna Sanft is the former Executive Associate Athletics Director and Associate Dean of Students at the University of Pittsburgh. She currently serves on the OA Advisory Council to the President.

Evolution: Tamica Mickle and Ron Idoko

Tamica Mickle is Chief Operations Officer at the Girl Scouts of Western Pennsylvania. She also serves as the OA Vice President, Operations.

Ron Idoko is Associate Director of the Center on Race and Social Problems, Founding Director of the Racial Equity Consciousness Institute, and Research Assistant Professor at the University of Pittsburgh. He also serves as an OA consultant for DEI work.

As a testament to his belief in Orange Arrow, the planning for TEN began last spring with NFL great, and Steeler legend, Franco Harris, agreeing to be the Honorary Chair for this celebration.

The sports and greater community lost an icon when we heard of his passing. Orange Arrow will continue to do good work as part of his inimitable legacy.

We will produce a loving tribute at the event.
