Orange Arrow Training Table at The Capital Grille

Training Table is an enrichment experience for athletes (ages 12–16) and college student-athletes, hosted in a fine dining setting. Since 2014, this program has grown into a favorite, blending dining etiquette with lessons on healthy decision-making, life skills, and cross-cultural relationships. It’s a transformative experience that prepares student-athletes not just for the game, but for life.

The event will be held in the Penn Room at The Capital Grille. Student drop-off is between 4:15–4:30 PM, and pick-up is between 6:45–7:00 PM.
