At Orange Arrow Players Association, we deliberately and effectively weave diversity and inclusion into our fabric. It defines who and what we are. There is diversity in color, gender, geography, perspective, economic status and age at every level of our organization, which includes our board, staff, volunteers and youth the organization serves.
We prepare student athletes to be leaders and contributors in their communities. We have purposefully created safe spaces for the authentic opportunity to build cross-cultural relationships and break down barriers. Our college student athletes instruct and mentor grade school student athletes to develop skills, dispositions and the social connections necessary to succeed.
